Returns Policy

Within 14 days of receipt of the artwork you are entitled to:

 

Request a refund as you have changed your mind.

Request a refund as the artwork is damaged

Return an artwork for an exchange.
 

In all cases the artwork must be repacked in its original packaging to be shipped back.

If your purchased artwork has not arrived with you after 10 days of date of order, please get in touch with us on info@gallerypiccolo.co.uk

Upon receipt of the returned artwork, you will receive an email notification to confirm receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned artwork using the same method by which you paid the original order.
 

In case of any of the above reasons, please send an email with your request to info@gallerypiccolo.co.uk quoting your order number.
 

Artwork for refunds or exchanges must be sent back in the original packaging to the artist. Please contact Gallery Piccolo for the address details when emailing your request for a refund or return.
 

We advise returning items using registered post as the artwork is under your responsibility until we have received it. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping and/or delivery charges as well as international customs duties and taxes (where applicable).
 

If your artwork is damaged on arrival, please apply for a refund or exchange in the same way, also detailing the damage and providing photographic evidence.

Do I qualify for a return or a replacement?

The following must apply to qualify for a refund or a replacement:

  • It is less than 14 days since you have received the artwork

  • You have retained all original packaging for the artwork

  • The artwork has been prepared for return shipment in their original packaging

  • You have not yet received the artwork but you have changed your mind and wish to cancel the order.

In case of any of the above reasons, please send an email with your request to info@gallerypiccolo.co.uk quoting your order number.

What happens after I submit my request for a refund?

  • Once we receive your request we'll process it within 2 working days.

  • We will confirm the outcome of your request and provide all instructions and shipping details via email

  • You will be refunded within 3 working days of safe receipt of the returned artwork

  • Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement, the artist will ship your new artwork as soon as receipt of the original artwork has been confirmed.

 

My artwork has arrived damaged - how can I get a refund?

Please send an email with your request to info@gallerypiccolo.co.uk quoting your order number. Please provide details of the damage using photographic evidence.

However the following must apply:

 

  • It is less than 14 days since you have received the artwork

  • You have retained all original packaging for the artwork

  • The artwork has been prepared for return shipment in their original packaging

 

My order appears to be lost - how do I receive a refund?

If you are experiencing a significant delay in the arrival of an artwork, it is vital that you get in touch with us (to info@gallerypiccolo.co.uk) within 10 days of the date of dispatch confirmation email.

Should your artwork not have arrived within 30 days of the estimated time of arrival stated on your dispatch confirmation email, send us an email at  info@gallerypiccolo.co.uk and we will be happy to process a full refund.
